Book Positioning Strategist

Delilah Elmore, Partner, Book Positioning Strategist Runs full diagnostics across category architecture, keyword strategy, and Goodreads positioning for the clients she leads.

Meet Delilah

Ask me what I read and I'll tell you before I tell you what I do, mostly historical fiction and Christian fiction, the kind of books I'll stay up too late finishing, usually with a cat parked on my lap refusing to let me get up.

Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, I've spent over a year now living inside the part of a book listing most authors never think to check: category slots, keyword architecture, the backend structure that decides whether Amazon ever shows a book to the right reader at all. A category slot is either right or it isn't. A keyword either matches how readers actually search or it doesn't. I like it because there's no guessing in it, only getting it right, and I bring that same precision to every part of a client's positioning, not just the backend.

Send me a listing that's been quietly losing readers for months and I'll tell you exactly where it's bleeding.
